I loved the game. It was short, pretty. with nice voice and adorable art. I just find funny that it took me so long to get the "bad ending." I got the love one and the companion one before getting eaten. Ig I'm just too adorable as he said or something lmao
I really LOVED the game! Especially the voice acting—it was enchanting! It felt like a mix between Micah from Error143 and Ronin from Killer Chat! But even cuter. I absolutely loved the choice of pink for his shirt. The music was nice, but I wish there was something more terrifying when Angel turns into a monster—that would have been more intense. I think it would be amazing if there was a second part or a DLC based on the love ending because—even if it were paid—I would get it no matter the cost.
Also, about the voices, I think it would be great if Angel had a monster-form voice, something terrifying or distorted, something like that.
And finally, PLEASE…someone make an ending guide!!! I spent over 10 minutes trying to get the third ending because I kept getting the love ending. I endured it, but I think it might discourage players from going for multiple endings.
yes, the game has a gender neutral MC and the LI only refers to them with they/them pronouns. if the term of endearment, sweetie, or being called cute would trigger dysphoria then this might not be your fit but otherwise it doesn't specify gender.
I loved this game, I fell in love with Angel, he is so sweet (and freaky) , undoubtedly the artistic style is so captivating, from this date I was left wanting a few more dates ;)
This was such a cute yet spooky novel. I absolutely adore the art style and overall writing. Many of the dialog options had me cracking up. The story line had me hooked. I made sure to play through all three endings, and I was left so giddy. I've experienced light disappointment with past short novels not containing a complete story. But Delicious Date had me satisfied. I would highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a quick, silly game.
Massive props to Hikaru Kanzaki. The voice acting had me giggling and kicking my feet.
idk if its different but if you open the file for me it usually opens the game or if that doesn't work then opening the package contents then going to the thing called MacOS opening that then going to the first terminal thingy called DeliciousDate then opening it will open the game (sorry if this is confusing im bad at explaining)
he was vv unsettling from the jump...(or maybe im js scared of like overly flirty chrs) i did NAWT expect that he was going to turn into that and it actually stressed me out (in a good way) the fact that you can NOT get a good ending in this game and that every ending is just doom ₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎ chefs kiss

Choose the options that reflect the nature of the ending. So romantic options would lead to a romantic ending, mean options would lead to a bad ending, and neutral, platonic options would lead to another ending.
This game was so much fun! I got the love and feast ending but I cant figure out how to get the last one. Maybe if I knew the direction to go that would help. It has been so fun to go through though!!!!

Cant believe I missed this quirky dating sim during the game jam! Very fun and he was so freaky for us It was cute! Thanks for making this I thought it was really good, altho bros rizz voice was so strong my chat was going nuts for him at one point lmao.
I just wished this was the prequel to a wonderful long game with your adventures with him. ^_^
I did promise to help him find other victims after all. lol And a relationship with him is bound to be an exiting balance on a razor's edge.
How would someone like him be in a relationship? What fun and awkward moments would you have with friends (if you have any) and family (good or bad as they may be), considering what he is? Where does he even live? Would he make you like the same food he does? ....can I convince him to wear cute emo clothes? lol
